Your use of this Site (including, without limitation, your purchase and use of Stadium Status Membership Token(s)) constitutes your agreement to the Terms. Please read the Terms in-full before accessing or using the Site. By accepting the Terms (including by continuing to make use of any part of the Site), you hereby agree to be legally bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access or otherwise use the Site. Company reserves the right to review transfers of Founder Tokens, Access Tokens, and Stadium Suite Access Tickets at any time and suspend or revoke the Membership of and reclaim without refund the Founder Token belonging to, any Founder determined to have been responsible for transfer(s) in violation of these Terms.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Founder Tokens:<\/strong>\u00a0Founder Tokens are eligible for transfer at any time. Transfers of Founder Tokens are subject to a fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the resale price (\u201cResale Fee\u201d) and any other fees respecting \u201cTransfers\u201d as provided in the OneOf Terms of Service.<\/li><li><strong>Access Tokens: Access<\/strong>\u00a0Tokens are ineligible for transfer until the occurrence of their associated Event, after which time Access Tokens shall be eligible for transfer in accordance with these Terms.
