Stadium Status, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address of 2045 Biscayne Boulevard #333, Miami, FL 33137 (hereinafter, “Company”) owns and operates the Site (as defined below) through which Company manages and makes available “Stadium Status”, a digital tokenized membership which provides fractionalized access to exclusive VIP suites (“Suites”) at select major U.S. stadiums and arenas (“Stadiums”) to owners of certain so-called “non-fungible tokens” or NFTs (“Stadium Status Membership Tokens”)(each such owner, while in possession of Stadium Status Membership Token, a “Stadium Status Member” or “Member”).          

These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by the Company, together with any additional terms and conditions specifically incorporated herein, including, without limitation, the OneOf Terms of Service, available at https://www.oneof.com/terms-of-service/, and the OneOf Privacy Policy, available at https://www.oneof.com/privacy-policy/ (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of (a) this website (https://www.stadiumstat.us) and any other website(s) owned and/or controlled by the Company (collectively, the “Company Websites”), (b) those digital properties (including, without limitation, apps) that provide Members access to the Company Websites (including the Member Access Portal) (the “Company Digital Properties”), (c) any successor Company Websites or Company Digital Properties and all other web pages interconnected with, and/or forming a part of, such Company Websites and Company Digital Properties, including, without limitation, the home page and all other sub-pages under the same top-level domain name, and (d) all content, assets, and services available thereon or otherwise made available in connection with Stadium Status, including, without limitation, the Tokens (collectively, the “Site”).

This Site is made available to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the Terms. Your use of this Site (including, without limitation, your purchase and use of Stadium Status Membership Token(s)) constitutes your agreement to the Terms. Please read the Terms in-full before accessing or using the Site. By accepting the Terms (including by continuing to make use of any part of the Site), you hereby agree to be legally bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access or otherwise use the Site. Your access to certain features, components, elements and/or parts of the Site may be further conditioned as provided herein.  

Full access to the Site (including acquisition of Stadium Status Membership Token(s)) is limited to those pre-approved for such full access by the Company and who have accepted the Terms (“Approved Persons”).
